Jeff Hans has been serving the I-15 corridor real estate community since the year 2000. His 2 children were born and raised in the Poway Unified School District and his 2 grandchildren, currently of pre-school age, will be attending local schools as well. Jeff began his real estate career as a mortgage lender then transitioned to selling homes full time in 2008. The added benefit of real estate finance is a valuable tool for his clientele.

 

As an active member of the business community and the Church of Rancho Bernardo, he is very involved in giving back. He is a member of the Rancho Bernardo Business Association, serves on the Risk Management Committee of the San Diego Board of Realtors, and is the manager of RE/MAX Connections in Rancho Bernardo. Jeff has served 3 terms as the President of the Poway Real Estate Professionals and has been a member of the organization for 12 years.
